Expressing myself in written words was for years and years only a mechanism to comprehend life and its complexity whilst I was already then fascinated by the multifaceted possibilities offered through language; to hold on paper the reproduction of what had happened in my surroundings or what I had seen – to capture it in all its depths, beauty, and not seldom soreness of the moment.
After a break of two decades, I started writing again in 2022, and then writing revealed itself to me again like a rediscovered, forgotten passion.
I write mostly at night when the moon’s comforting presence accompanies me, and the sounds from Bach to Vivaldi join me in my drift into the ocean of unclaimed emotions.
Daylight is reserved for my professional life in the corporate world.
My intention is to take readers on a journey through the complexity of living beings and the beyond, in poetry verse, like a breathing emotional stream of thought.
I write - I am
I have already written one poetry book called "The Hippocampus" and my second one "The Amygdala" will be finalised soon. I currently look into publishing options to share my work with a wider audience. However, if you would like a copy of The Hippocampus, please email me; I have a few copies in store. Otherwise please feel free to sign up for my newsletter and I will keep you posted. Alternatively you can follow me on social media.
